Jane Creative has been instrumental in building Barry’s Paid Digital Marketing practice. They provide expert, concierge-like service and feel more like an extension of our internal team than an agency partner. In addition to their Paid Digital services, they proactively reach out with additional POVs in other areas, from web to email marketing and SEO, to help us build our business. I would recommend Jane to any company seeking a collaborative, expert partnership with a responsive and high-ownership team.

Jane Creative helped catapult our scaling business into social conversation with an unrivaled understanding of our brand and tone. It is occasionally difficult to onboard agencies who aren’t familiar with the products themselves, but their team brought creative chops and social channel know-how to an otherwise difficult to navigate digital jungle. Where we didn’t have the internal resources to allocate, Jane Creative filled the gap, and we thoroughly enjoyed partnering with them to grow our online persona!

We engaged Jane Creative based on a recommendation from another partner and haven’t looked back. Since Jane began managing our social media interactions on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter we have seen exponential growth in fan base, excellent engagement and improved audience targeting. The team is hands on and makes sure they have a firm understanding of our brands and audience, which only enhances the performance and experience. To date Jane has proved knowledgeable, responsive, and nimble allowing us to grow audiences and engagement rapidly.

We were undergoing a rebranding and engaged Jane Creative to lead our website redesign and replatforming. They were integral in bringing to life the new brand elements on the site while also keeping UX top of mind. We now have a beautiful new site that is easier for our customers to use while also being a better functioning site on the backend which has significantly reduced our ongoing development costs.
